Zemmy

London based singer / songwriter Zemmy follows up her critically acclaimed ‘What I Took For Radiance’ EP with another 2 track release titled ‘Like Drowning’. This EP is the second release from Zemmy in 2012, and features two tracks, The title track ‘Like Drowning’ and the upbeat soulful ‘Lonely’ Influenced by artists such as Sade, Lauryn Hill, Sia, Dido and Imogen Heap, Zemmy creates intelligent pop songs which span across a wide spectrum of the genre. Over the past few years, Zemmy has played regularly on the London touring circuit alongside her live band. During this time Zemmy has also received support from various brands and media both in and out of the entertainment industry, with the likes of Mercedes-Benz, KCRW, Myspace, The Times and The Independent all championing her sound. Her unique way of song writing has also seen her secure song placements on the CBS network and in several independent feature films, making Zemmy a definite one to watch in 2012. Zemmys EP is available to download now via Bandcamp, with fans being able to choose the price they wish to pay for the release (starting at absolutely nothing!)
