Amazing Love starts off quite slowly with ‘When it suited you’ and ‘If you were a secret’ which actually make you question the direction of his music. But all your questions are answered by the time you get to the very emotional ‘Move on’ and then the beautifully produced, ‘Die without you’ which sounds like chilled 90’s RnB and strangely enough makes you think of Peter Andre. With an eclectic sophomore album promising to have elements of pop, rhythm and blues and soul, if Richard Emberstone can stick to the winning formula used in the last 3 songs of this EP, his forthcoming LP will be a huge success.
